1Delivery

Delivery is complimentary, worldwide, with no minimum order. Orders leave our London atelier within 48 hours, in our signature coffret, with tracking sent by email. Typical delivery: 1–2 working days in the UK, 2–4 in Europe, 3–6 worldwide.

2Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind — no questions asked. Pieces must be unused, in their original coffret. Return shipping is on us in the UK. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; orders paid in vouchers are refunded to your voucher wallet.

3Lifetime guarantee

Every Travel Market piece is guaranteed for life. A wheel, a zip, a seam, a latch: if it fails, we repair it free of charge — forever. Write to care@travelmarketlondon.com with a photo and your order number, and we take it from there.

4Vouchers

Travel Market vouchers never expire and are redeemable exclusively on our boutique — on every piece, with a preferential voucher price. Buy them for yourself and pay less, or gift them: each voucher is an engraved ticket in its own sleeve. Sets are struck with a bonus (for example, three £15 Compass vouchers cost £45 and credit £50 to the wallet). Vouchers are credited instantly and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe UK. At the cart, you can also settle entirely in vouchers from your wallet — the total is lower, and no card is required.
